Laptop Shop recently came under new management the new management ,whom are great people and truly professional, they are renaming the business Deluxe Technologies. I bought a laptop from here had a great deal less than half what it would have cost from anywhere else. After I got home i noticed that it was overheating i brought it up there and they looked into it found that it was a faulty processor fan, ordered the part, and repaired it and now its working good as new. I will definitely be buying more from here.

I dropped off my hard drive from my Toshiba Laptop on a Friday. The Lap Top had crashed. It would be cheaper just to salvage the files and buy a new lap top. Asked about having all the data such as all files, documents, photos, videos, etc.. transferred onto a flash drive for me. Was told by some skinny looking guy who called himself DJ that due to the amount of files on my hard drive it would take approximately an entire day to transfer that amount of data. I dropped off my computer to have the charging plug repaired/replaced. I had dropped my computer on the plug where it plugs into the computer and it shoved in too far and would not make a connection. Same day service? HA. I got it back 5 days later and the service person tells me that they didn't have the right part but put a new one in and that I shouldn't plug in and unplug it too much because it would stop working again. I was a little concerned about this place because of their low average score but my experience was just the opposite. The Owner explained my options. He did the job for exactly what he quoted. After diagnosing the problem he gave free advise on how to resolve my problem under warranty. He could have been greedy and encouraged me to leave it with him to fix at further expense but he didn't. He showed knowledge and most importantly, honesty.

BEWARE!!! RIP OFF!! THESE GUYS ARE A FLY-BY-NIGHT computer shop that do a half a** job and I don't believe that they actually "know" how to fix computers right, not to mention they aren't friendly and the owner has a rather arrogant attitude.....they totally SCREWED UP our Asus Gamers Republic laptop computers!! They just want to make a quick $$$ for as little work as possible. We were charged over $240 for them to diagnose and fix our computers and then install windows 7....when we got them back they lost all our photos on ... read more
