The Lantern's warm, attentive, and personalized care allows me to focus on spending time with my grandmother, instead of worrying about her health and safety. Everyone I have interacted with has appeared deeply committed to her wellbeing. Management made the move from assisted living to memory care as easy on our family as possible. They respond to our questions and concerns almost instantaneously. Staff are also wonderful about answering the phone.
We have had the best possible experience with our mom at the Lantern. The staff is so kind and helpful. All of our concerns are quickly addressed. From the Director of Nursing to the maintenance staff, everyone is absolutely wonderful. I feel so fortunate this is the facility we chose.
The facility is always well kept, and the staff is friendly and welcoming.
My mother in law recieved the absolute best care at the Lantern in Powell TN. Every single care giver we came into contact with not only treated her with excellent care, but with the upmost respect and love. My husband and sister in law knew their mother was in the exact place to receive the best care possible.
