The Landlord Advocates did so much for me. Today was the lockout and the sheriffs department did their duty, the tenant came back- super violent and upset. The police had to be called. He was not paying rent and was violating terms in the lease. The Landlord Advocated have helped me so much. I am currently dealing with bad tenants, they have not paid rent and are super complicated to deal with. If it wasn’t for The Landlord Advocates I’d be stuck. They helped me so much in every little step, they answered all my questions- all my phone calls, emails, and little worries. As a landlord this is a scary place to be in, but if it wasn’t for them I would have been more stressed out and stuck.

I am a real estate agent and I needed help with an eviction ASAP. I called multiple prominent attorneys in Los Angeles and eviction companies but they were all saying that the process would take 8 months to a year. We didn’t have the time and money for that.
