The Landlord Advocates team truly changed everything for us. We were dealing with an unauthorized occupant who moved in after his brother (the original tenant) left without notice. At the tail end of 2024, a tenant who in the past 8 years was mostly good about paying on time was less timely. He would claim to catch up but payments in 2025 just stopped and his word lost value. I never had to evict before and heard horror stories about the whole process. I am so glad my wife took a picture of the Landlord Advocates billboard over looking the 110 near DTLA.
