If I could give a zero I would. Apparently their memory care consists of confinement to the activity room where they sit all day when not eating. Hey Landings its not custom for dementia patients to sit in wheelchairs 12 to 15 hrs a day. Activity is the tv.
They need to be closed down. Broken client’s hips and ain’t no telling what else there’re done. Worst place to house these sweet souls
Staff mistreats patients. One lady was pushed to the ground causing a broken hip. Horrible facility!
Horrible place to put anyone.
Personal things missing, even her teeth went messing. Room and bathroom never clean. We had to clean. Bad bruises. All this for 4k a month
