My parents have lived at The Landings for over 10 years. Since LDK took over in 2019, the experience has been nothing short of exceptional. Their care, professionalism, and service are incredible. From excellent care services, new capital works projects, a plethora of activities, chef-quality food, and manicured grounds and dwellings, it is hard to find a fault. Big thanks to everyone at The Landings – all the caregivers, and the staff at the clubhouse and support. The food is like eating at a 5-star restaurant. The care our residents get is really amazing. We're so happy our mom lives in such a great place.
Got pulled into Renata (Care Operations Manager)'s office last week as I smiled back at her instead of saying hello. Then got sacked because of this. Imagine a place being run by a sad and pathetic woman like her. What a joke.
Wow. Friday night was fantastic . Maria managed to set our table of 10 with 4 tables square. Converrsation was easy for all of us. I asked Maria to tell us about her experience in that place where they manage to win state of origin. She blew us out of the water with details. 11 out of 10.
