The landing is the worse place you can place a parent. The current management do not know what they are doing. There have been many complaints of the food and the cleanliness of the facility. They make their employees do more than two jobs. People quit left and right because of the management. Residents have also left. They let the families run the facility. I’ve worked here 3 years and have seen this community continue to grow and change in positive ways. The residents have many opportunities to socialize, let their voices be heard, and feel at home.
During my tour, I was greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The beauty of the facility and the evident enjoyment of both the residents and the staff left me very impressed.
