Julia was fabulous! Very thorough and seems to take pride in her work. A joy to be around.
I had a bad series of experiences here(12 total). I paid over $2000 up front for 12 laser hair removal sessions and did not have any desired results. Landells was confident in their ability and had me sign waivers stating I understood their machines will remove the pigment of a few moles I had in the area I was having treated.
