I wouldn't recommend this place the RN nursing staff is the worst it has been in over 27 months!!!!!! The management could care less about about the care givers. They let all the good ones go. This has gone on since 2023. They locked out Hospice and will not give them a code, they have to ring a bell to get into Memory Care, in hope someone isn't too busy to answer the door. From my experience, it has been like living in a small town where you not only have the residents, but you also have the people that help you. The staff and everyone here is very friendly and very kind. It's just a pleasant place to live and enjoy your life.
We have lived in the Lake Homes since February 2020 and love the location as we are closer to our daughter. We are more relaxed and it is the perfect fit for growing old together and meeting people that are going through similar things. There are a lot of activities to get involved in at the Club House and at The Lodge. The life enrichment programs we have enjoyed are the picnic's, book club, men's group breakfast at the Shoreline restaurant. We are like family here and include everyone. I always have such a wonderful time when visiting The Lakes at Stillwater. From the warm welcome at reception to the office, building, and nursing staff, everyone is always so helpful and kind. I work for Visiting Angels East Metro and we absolutely adore The Lakes at Stillwater, and the amazing community they have for their residents!
