Top notch facility! A beautiful building, well maintained and clean. The staff is really friendly and helpful!
I have lived here for 5 years and the people are so warm and accommodating. They really care. I started out at the Lake Homes and after my wife joy passed away, I moved to The Lodge. The Lodge offers a wide range of services and activities. My faith is important to me and I attend church services and Bible studies every week. If you want your loved one to go bankrupt then by all means put them here. This place is the most corrupt places I've ever seen. From Jan 2024 to Oct 2024 his billing went from ~$7000 a month to ~$17,000 a month with no change in his care needs. They moved him to Memory care (with no diagnosis of memory issues) to "get better care for his needs" and the care got worse, but the charges went up. Moved my father out on the 10th of Oct and still have not seen a refund for his unused medical services. They are theives and will cr... read more
They denied accepting my Dad due to them being judgmental and not having all the facts. Luckily we found St Therese in Woodbury. Do not recommend
