Update to previous review. Thankfully my mother no longer resides in this facility. I have witnessed neglect of not just my mother, but other residents as well. I witnessed a black staff member call my mother "Old White Trash" as well as "Bitch." Some of the staff are uncaring and unconcerned about the needs of the residents, they're only there for a paycheck, and the staff that does care, are tirelessly worked until they end up quitting. Administration doesn't care about the health or the needs of the residents. Staff that are supposed to be assisting residents, sit at the front desk and talk and say they are too busy to help. My parent from one day to the next has had bruises appear on their arms due from rough handling. My parent has smelled badly and had filthy hair because they have not been given a bath in days. Another family member was responsible for putting my parent in this facility. I am currently seeking legal advice to try and get them moved. I ... read more
