First time for dinner and drinks with a party of 6. We had reservations and still had a 35 min wait so we had a drink. The bartender served our drinks and I paid the bill. To my surprise she ran my card three times! Then asked me for another card saying it wasn’t going through! I immediately checked on my bank from my phone and saw charges three times! The portions were generous. The maple glaze for the fries was amazing. The home-made chips were excellent. The service was not so great.
Dined here two days in a row while staying at the Cove. First day review was 5 stars, second day review was 1 star. So average combined is 3 stars. Good view out on the patio and ambience. First day service was quick and attentive. Second day waiter was MIA most of the meal. People were coming in after us and getting served quicker while we waited for Marcus to come over and take our drink and food order. Had a great experience with Carter at the bar ! He was kind, attentive and outgoing! He even offered to make a drink from heart if I couldn't find one I didn't like.
