My experience is different than what others have posted. For unknown reasons, their paralegal would not return my voicemail or email inquiries. After several attempts within a month and reaching out one last time, a helpful person finally answered the phone. Unfortunately, I got a quote for a little less than $2,000 for a Lady Bird Deed.
