Not a good experience, unfortunately.
Lovely place but not happy with their assessment process. My mother was in hospital for 2 months following a fall. She was assessed by the manager in the hospital, had a completed dementia assessment done beforehand and graded by nhs dementia system, had nurses to ask re the severity of her symptoms. You couldn’t have had an easier way to get a thorough assessment. Moved to Lady Nuffield and told after 7 days her dementia too advanced so had to go through the anxiety and upset for my mother of moving her again. This is more ... read more
