I came to the Montgomery Mall location with family.The lady was really offensive . She came and asked for our IDs and said we couldn’t have our phones out which we were okay with however the lady did not even greet us which gave me a weird feeling.There was a gentleman that came in a minute later without being approached by this lady or asked for ID. One of my favorite places to shop! Always kind and polite, never judgmental. Always a great selection and sizes. All your clothing and toy fantasies can be answered here!
I have shopped here in the past and wouldn’t return. It’s like walking on eggshells in there and it’s just terribly uncomfortable.
