I had a very disappointing experience with this lawyer. The customer service was terrible—communication was almost nonexistent, and when I did get a response, it often felt misleading. I did not feel that they cared about me as a client or about the urgency of my situation. There was no sense of commitment to protecting my livelihood, freedom, or the emergency I was facing. I would not recommend this lawyer to anyone seeking reliable, honest, and client-focused representation.
