I've been going to The Lab for over a year for Botox every 3-4 months. Aaron, Tyler, and the whole team make you feel like a million bucks. I love this place and they've never tried to upsell me on more services or treatments; they truly want what's best for each person and respect your choices and budget. I have kept coming back due to their impeccable customer service, low pressure environment, and also my face looks amazing! I've also enjoyed a sculpting facial from Taylor. 10/10 recommend this place to all my friends!
I had the BEST experience. I absolutely loved Aaron & Tyler. They are amazing. They even gave me a heated blanket because I had cramps🥹 I will only be coming here from now on. Not to brag but my lips look SOOOO good. Also notable mention, Cooper is the sweetest! Yall have an amazing staff🩷
I think the experience with a business starts with the first phone call and Cooper is amazing. He is friendly, funny and makes you feel comfortable. Aaron and Tyler took the time to explain everything to me, answering my questions and were all around wonderful. They know their stuff and felt like I was getting really good information and was able to make decisions based on their recommendations. I couldn’t recommend more.
I have had 2 microneedling sessions with Taylor so far and she is amazing! Great personality, conversation, and service! I don’t plan or feel the need to look anywhere else for services to achieve my aesthetic goals. All other staff has been very warm and welcoming as well❤️ Very knowledgeable in their services my mom loves them too!
Microneedling was a very positive and pleasant experience. I wasnt sure what to expect but Taylor explained the process and truly left me feeling pampered. Second day and my skin is noticeably improved. Still some redness but will be fine for work on Monday. I will be back. They offer so many services and are all so kind. No pressured up sales. They offer but dont pressure.
