I am in the medical field and I know what empathy and respect to our patients should be like. I have no complaints about the medical staff they are kind and caring but, the front desk staff (Marta) is very unprofessional and rude. I almost felt discriminated at some point. I suggest better training.
Billy and the staff at the lab have been very professional and helpful!! I have had amazing results with TRT, and the peptides they have recommended!!! I would highly recommend them to friends and family!!
Kara at The Lab has helped me so much with weight loss . I have lost 20lbs and couldn’t be happier. I love this place so much!!! Super knowledgeable staff, and incredibly thorough. Went in feeling sluggish with no energy. A few weeks later I feel better than ever. Kara is an amazing provider. She really made sure that I was comfortable and calm, and worked hard to accurately diagnose my problem. Highly recommend!
