Great Law office! The staff are amazing, very knowledgeable, thorough and professional. Whole heartedly recommend Shannon and Tippi!
Escrow dept is very poor at communication. Lost in the sauce on all aspects of our transaction. No updates, doesnt respond to emails. When you call, very rude on the phone as though we are inconveniencing them on wanting an update. Seemed like there was no organization, no idea what was happening on our file. Will never use again.
Shannon was incredibly helpful at guiding our growing family through the estate planning process. She helped us understand what was important while not getting too “into the weeds” of the law. She made sure that we developed a personal plan based on the needs of our family. Highly recommend!

Kraft Law Group came recommended to us by a colleague who used them often for manufactured home sales. Kraft comes in more affordable than a title/escrow office. However, when a company does not do things timely or without being reminded multiple times, they end up costing the client significantly more money when deadlines are delayed.
