Over the years I have thoroughly enjoyed Kiva spa in every way. However, this time the bath house was not clean at all. The spa was so dirty thick black skin & hair was all around the sides of the spa. My massage was just okay. I noticed that the bath house had deteriorated greatly in hygiene, cleanliness & customer service. I hope that management can resolve these problems & kiva can return to the amazing, clean, friendly day spa it has always been over the years.
I went to Kiva with my girlfriend on Saturday and I have to say we were extremely disappointed. The spas were absolutely filthy with black slime on top of the water. My girlfriend's back broke out the next day. We have been to kiva in the past and had a lovely experience however this Saturday was not good.
Hidden Sanctuary in the heart of Mullumbimby. The water dragons are so cute!
Excellent place to recover and relax, super recommended for those who are looking to spend a lil quiet time
