After finding out Salter offer a 15 year warranty (who does that?!), we needed to track down our receipt from years back. The Kitchen Shop has THE most amazing system that went straight to our purchase - from NINE years ago! Using that receipt, which was kindly sent straight to us, we have now received our shiny replacement scales with no more effort than a couple of emails. Incredible. So, I had a query from over 10 years ago about a product that has a 15 year warranty. Vicky helped me find my original proof of purchase and I can now go back to the manufacturer. You simply would not get this level of help from anyone other than an independent retailer. If you can, shop independently, it's so much better than dealing with faceless retailers. I can't recommend The Kitchen Shop enough. Thank you.

Went for steak knives, but waiting a delivery. Staff were very pleasant & helpful , even bought some reduced tin baubles that can open so you can place treets inside as stocking fillers for Xmas 2024.
