My experience was just not good from the start. For signing up I was given a discount code which when it came time to check out there was nowhere that was presented to enter the discount code so I paid full price plus shipping. A few days passed, and still no conformation email with shipping info. I had to track down their number and call them. After having to call them I only then got a confirmation email. I LOVE my new 18inch bent neck beaker bong! It’s the thickest glass I’ve ever seen! So easy to clean and it hits so smooth! The ice catcher is so long! Thank you! …now I just need a better ice machine lol.
The auto draw batteries I ordered don't hold a charge and have trouble charging. They are all the same batteries which should work with the same chargers sent with them. Most of the indicators on the chargers stay orange with no change in color. They should be red when not charged and green when charged. I tried to get support from Brianna. She blamed my cartridges that work just fine with other devices and I am tired of asking for help.
