My ex husband have some visa issue and we hire him. We told him everything upfront and send him the letters and documents if he can help us and he said we have to pay all fees front. It’s been six months there is no updates or no other thing he did we have to wait for Uscis. He keep saying he will reapply I 130 petition that not we are looking. We tire him what he can do beyond that. He never call or updates us.
