My experience here was relatively a good experience after knowing all the rules and guidelines and really understanding the do’s and don’t of the shelter. and Stanf up for yourself. If you feel like you’re being wrong is the only thing you really have to focus on.. I called for information despite having a speech problem trying to recover from me traumatic brain injury with a 4 year old. Sends me to the Bronx & nothing they can do. Disgusting and nasty approach.

Very nice shelter to be placed. Kids are a top priority, staff are respectful just a bit nosey. Kids receive gifts on Christmas. Housing specialist do their work and are very helpful. Julia and Rosemary are the best!
