Sadly, after reading the rest of these reviews, realize I'm in the same boat... I was hit by someone who ran a red light, I have previous spinal fusions that were damaged by this wreck. Me and my wife were in an accident and have done everything on our end and cant even get therresa davis the parralegal to answer phone calls return calls we really need the money from our wreck we went without getting to go to the kids birthdays without a car for a long time and keep getting nowhere at all in finding out whats going on whit our case
I really got bum rushed after my accident, I signed something for them to represent me, but they are not returning calls, sending a release Theresa Davis which is paralegal to Amanda Burgess I can’t get the help I need because they will not send a release. I need to see dr.‘s but very hard to do when they don’t know where to send the bill, so I have not seen anyone except the hospital and they did nothing as well. THE ABSOLUTE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH!!! I literally could’ve gotten more without hiring them. Literally waited 6 months for 250.00!!! This company is a complete scam!! I should’ve known hiring a firm that’s not originally in my city wasn’t a good idea.
