The disconnect from my first interview with a Cynthia Fisher and my local lawyer was stark. Cynthia talked about fighting the charge by picking the police report , she said that some of the sobriety tests were illegal etc. They would flee comb the report etc. and fight the charge. I was well under the legal limit as well .05 No charges from the DMV. The police report was marked as under the influence of drugs and alcohol because I told the officer I took anti depressants. Overpriced, and did nothing beneficial for me. I paid $5,400 and got fully charged.. later other lawyers told me they only charge $2,500... I feel duped by this firm because they have a good sales team. Very disappointed in my experience. I could have represented myself and gotten the same result.
Very communicative and professional. Always kept me informed and made sure everything was clear and understandable before moving forward.
