Extremely unprofessional. Dragged the work and failed to complete it. Seemed very much into the case when we first met, then lost interest and wasn't dignified enough to just dismiss us. Instead, he stopped any productive efforts. We couldn't get through to Stephen. Every call was answered by his wife, who filtered us, always gave us her own unprofessional advices without being asked (which proved to be contrary to Stephen's in the few times we managed to talk with him), and put us on hold for months.
