Dean Kaplan and his team The Kaplan Group are fantastic, they are very knowledgably, professional and supportive throughout the collection process. I could not have asked for a better team/company to help us through our client collection issues.
Stay away from this company. The owner is a horrible human that treats his employees like animals. Throwing staple removers at his employees. Screaming and yelling at them telling them to shut up. I’ve never worked for a company that had a bigger turn around of employees.
Kaplan Group resolved a debt that I had been chasing for three years. They were totally professional and kept me informed at every stage. Sometimes you need someone else to approach the issue in a different way. They did that and negotiated a mutual agreement and payments have started to flow through.
I dont even want to put one star. very unprofessional and does not represent any valid client debt. Thinks they are owed for work not completed and this collection firm will not hear reason. Steven Torres is very irresponsible and does not represent well
