I sold my property few months ago. This firm represented my buyer. Taxes were paid at closing. Needless to say that I am receiving bill from tax office requesting i pay full amount. The buyer of my property and i have left numerous messages to Kania Law w/ no response. Tax office when contacted state no notification of any part of this property being sold nor any payment made.
These people are terrific! I have never been more satisfied with a law practice. Rick Kania is so knowledgeable and helpful and also very kind and understanding. I recommend them to everyone.
Absolutely do NOT use this firm. If your contract does not close for any reason, they will still bill you. Their fee violates the Model Rules of Professional Conduct.
