I love working with Elaina. She has helped me a lot. However, I need to complain about their customer service. I have been using their services for 5 years and now they are saying I need to switch dieticians because I can’t come in for a literal 30 second test between the hours of 8-2 on a Monday. I should be able to be fit in at any time between clients for a 30 SECOND test. Ridiculous
The nutritionist was fine, but the powers that be don’t care about people. I was told that they were covered by insurance. Then I was told, no we are working on it, but if you still come it will be discounted. I said good, because I still wanted to come no matter what. Then I got a bill for $1,300. I called, asked for the discount, and was told well, you said you wanted to come anyway. I wanted to come once a month, if no insurance, not once a week. They never talked to me, just did the basic F you, pay me.
I am so glad that other people had positive experiences at the Kahn Clinic. My experience was very negative. I had recently gained weight for the first time in my adult life and was struggling to lose it. RecommendedI had an amazing experience at the Kahn Clinic, which couldn’t have happened without Karen. She is the sweetest, most encouraging woman and has done so much to help. Her compassion and knowledge is life altering.
Karen is an incredible nutritionist. Very knowledgeable when it comes to helping people achieve their nutritional goals. It can be hard as an athlete to know how to best nourish your body for optimal health. I really appreciate that the focus is on health and not weight. 2 weeks in and I am already making huge strides towards reaching my goals. I highly recommend!
