Jake was very helpful and very involved. As for the process he was always quick to answer questions he answered all our questions and always reassured us that he would get us the best price for our house and he did! He even got us our money back and that was probably the best part besides getting a house so thank you Jake! Highly recommend 10 out of 10
Jake recently worked with a VA buyer of mine. He communicated well, both to the buyer and to me, throughout the purchase process! At closing he surprised the buyers with approximately $2000 less in closing costs they were expecting to have to pay. Jake's experience in the lending business is second to none.
