Google shows The Junkyard as open today, so I called ahead to ask a quick question before coming in. I was told they were closed for Mother’s Day, which is completely understandable — but the person then hung up on me mid-conversation. Very rude customer service. If you’re closed, please update your Google opening hours or simply don’t answer the business phone. It’s a simple fix that would save customers the confusion.
Lot's of overpriced junk and curios, but I managed to get a $1200 video card for $30. There it was, sitting on the shelf surrounded by various decaying old tech... Thankfully the guy had no idea what it was.
Great place to wander and find some unique things or old treasures to use or add to your own collection. They have a bit of everything!
You don't know why the junkyard owner doesn't want to sell us the Sonic and Sally statue? Neither do we.
