One star is too generous
Appalling customer service and business ethic. It astounds me that Bega continue to operate with a company that refuses to deliver to customers, refuses communicate or answer phone calls. Juicy Cow have essentially monopolised this region and are on a massive power trip. Absolutely disgraceful company
Some of the worst customer experience ive ever had. No communication and no care. Just excuses. Where doing it tough.
After dealing with them for several years I can confidently say they are the worst. People defending them during the IGA saga have no clue this company is pretty rude even the reps that work for Bega( formally lion) can back up how bad it is to deal with juicy cow.
