I believe some of these bad reviews are bogus because the service and professionalism I received from Cyarra, Princess and Tawana was nothing short of exceptional. From Day 1 I was guided through the entire process. I knew it would not be a quick turnaround because of the medical treatment I had to get done. They all explained the process and time frame to me.
