my family was shocked to learn Joanie Lowe had a specialty certification in advocating for children. She cares only about winning for her adult client, it's all about power for her, and she does not care what she is doing to the child short or long-term. I am appalled she went through a certification and doesn't practice what she deems is her advocacy. Shame on her!
