They need to either fix or get rid of their online ordering system. The last couple of times I have come in with a pre-order, they have not had the product, and sometimes the brand is even out of business. The people there are friendly enough, but the disorganization has made me go elsewhere.
Was pretty good, but looks closed now, hoping they'll reopen soon.
