Good product selection just a little pricy
Don't bother ordering ahead online. Both the prices and the products listed are inaccurate, and if you attempt to place an order, not only will they not receive it, but they'll also potentially charge you DOUBLE of what you were expecting to pay, and shrug their shoulders when shown the receipt of said online order.
Unreliable stock, sometimes has a good selection but often times has bare shelfs. Poor rating comes from management not exchanging a cartridge the was broken when I purchased it. Bought it broken, should be able to exchange it but management said they could only give me 30% off one next time.
Consistently fast service and the staff are all knowledgeable and friendly. My guy Oscar hooked me up.
Their website does not update correctly with their products in their store, or they are lying and hiding cheap products. Every time I have made an online order for different products my order gets ignored and when I go into the store, they tell me they don't have what I ask for that's being displayed online as being in stocks in great quantities.
