I work night shifts and I was unable to collect my same-day delivery order… I thought I’d be able to pick it up at a more convenient time since I missed it… NOPE. Refunded. Didn’t bother wasting my time repurchasing after buying online.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! Extremely disappointed. Placed a $200 order on Sunday, only to be told late Tuesday that a 'system error' with Canada Post delayed everything. Now, my order won't even ship until Wednesday, meaning a 6-7 business day wait for a local Manitoba delivery. For a high-value order, I expected better communication and faster solutions.
