Went in the buy reign drop drops thc oil, they had misplaced the cbd oils instead in their containers. Employee verified they were in the wrong container once I got home. Because the product left the store already could not exchange. Imagine dropping $500 on product and you get the wrong one. Make sure to check in store before leaving and not letting the employees putting it in the brown bag for you to go with. Ridiculous.

employee sold me the wrong item. specifically requested one type of item and was sold another. employee said it was their mistake and would refund it, but their system was having issues, and sent me to another location. there, they insisted it was final sale and refused to do anything for me. no refunds, no exchanges, not even a partial discount on something i would actually use. later i learned this is completely not okay by business standards, that it should be considered "mis-dispensed," and an exchange processed. poor st... read more

I think this is the only cannabis store open in Winnipeg on Christmas Eve good for you guys at the joint to stay open and dedicated to the public when you could be at home with your family on Christmas Eve
