Ordered a joggling board from them through a local shop in Charleston. Horrible craftsmanship. The owner of the shop whom I purchased through was so nice and apologetic. No one from The Joggle Factory contacted us after we send photos of the horribly made product. Cracks in the wood, finials were crooked, paint was uneven and patchy. Bad business, Joggle Factory!
We had an amazing experience with The Joggle Factory! Their communication was fantastic, and I loved learning about the rich history behind the joggling board, including all the interesting facts, the meaning behind the color, and how and why it was created. We've only had the joggling board for one day, and my kids are already obsessed with it! I could not be more thrilled with our joggling board!!! As a child I would visit my Grandmama Betty in the low-country of SC, and my sister & I would spend hours playing on our relatives’ joggling boards. Oh the fun we had! Fast forward to being an adult, I wanted my 3 children to experience joggling but I couldn’t find a manufacturer anywhere.
