My nephew has Bipolar. He got himself in trouble and was in Jail. The state wanted to keep him there for 300 days. Lee fought for him and got him out in 2 months. It was not an easy task. You see my nephew is usually very nice and easy. But he can be highly difficult and extremely unpleasant and ungrateful. Lee was WONDERFUL. He understood our nephew's mental problems. Lee is not only a good attorney he is a good human being. Our family was so grateful for his tenacity and legal knowledge.

He even told me he loved the district attorney and then attempted to clean it up. After he gets your money, you will play a game of cat and mouse to find him to talk about your case. Joe Viacava is unorthodox.He did what he said he would do.He got the result He said we would get.You just have to let him do his thing.I would hire him again in a heartbeat 100%.
