I had a terrible experience with this firm don't expect any calls or updates in regards to your case even after you pay the retainer fee i felt unheard throughout the whole process with Mr shackleford.

If you are looking for a law firm where you the client does all the leg work, then this is the firm for you. The office manager stays too busy making TikTok videos to answer the phone or return calls. And getting any updates to your case is dismal at best. I gave it 1 star but it should have been 0 because in the end, the money I paid to have my case represented, I would’ve been better off with another firm. Bad experience

I know that my first review was not pleasant. However, upon receiving a phone call from the Attorney and having him go over my case and take the time to explain things to me, I understand that my first review was not an accurate representation. Thank you, Jody, for talking with me and guiding me in the right direction. I would recommend this law firm to anyone who needs legal assistance.
