The atmosphere at this facility is professional, caring and supportive. Megan is a wonderful therapist, professional, caring and very knowledgeable. She exhibited the utmost dedication, empathy and encouragement at every session. I would highly recommend her.
My Mom had a terrible experience with the front desk staff. They were rude, dismissive, and made her feel like she was an inconvenience. She left feeling frustrated and disrespected. A little kindness and professionalism would have gone a long way. Very disappointing. We will be seeking treatment outside of Mercy.
Best PT experience, Patti is very thorough & knows what I need! Dealing with multiple sclerosis for 19 years & they make my every day life a lot easier! Can’t thank them enough!
