My Mom had a terrible experience with the front desk staff. They were rude, dismissive, and made her feel like she was an inconvenience. She left feeling frustrated and disrespected. A little kindness and professionalism would have gone a long way. Very disappointing. We will be seeking treatment outside of Mercy.

This PT office is the best group of therapy professionals I have encountered over many years between my husband and myself. In particular, Megan is superb. She started with my pelvic health, but showed me that "everything is connected" and therefore getting to the "core" of my problems with strengthening and balance. I am sure she is helping to prevent falls and further problems. The front desk staff is awesome as well- trying to be as accommodating for appointment times as possible.
