I'm based in the UK and bought a Raptor 4300 and lots of other kit a couple of years ago. The machine has been great and the mini reel concept is excellent. However the service Glen and the team have offered from the other side of the world has been first class. I'm not a huge business but they have provided great service even for the small business and been happy to answer all my numerous questions. Really very happy to have purchased from The Jetters Edge.
