I have used The Jet exclusively and faithfully since 2023, and have no complaints whatsoever! The service is always consistent, and the price is well worth it. The bus is clean and comfortable, and the drivers, attendants, and customers service operators are always kind, hospitable, accommodating, and safe! I am sad to see the NYC to DC service end, but I will use them for charter one day! Good luck with this company. They canceled our trip less than two weeks before the trip. Now we're stuck with an exorbitant amount for amtrak. I've heard their bus is comfortable, but can't recommend given their horrible policies.

This past weekend I enjoyed a beautiful and relaxing round trip ride NYC to DC on The Jet bus. I was so excited, I finally found luxurious comfort to take me to DC. Then I found out my happy and glorious find was short lived, I was on the last bus ride. The bus was extremely clean, fresh smelling, spacious, relaxing, quiet, most comfortable seats ever on a bus and let me not forget the driver and concierge who were welcoming and so professional.
