The price was a bit high for what it is. No real food and the bus didn't have much privacy. For half the price, I could get a sleeper bus with suites and doors with complimentary lunch in Indonesia
I have used The Jet exclusively and faithfully since 2023, and have no complaints whatsoever! The service is always consistent, and the price is well worth it. The bus is clean and comfortable, and the drivers, attendants, and customers service operators are always kind, hospitable, accommodating, and safe! I am sad to see the NYC to DC service end, but I will use them for charter one day! Most comfortable ride to NYC. A hidden gem of the company :)
Good luck with this company. They canceled our trip less than two weeks before the trip. Now we're stuck with an exorbitant amount for amtrak. I've heard their bus is comfortable, but can't recommend given their horrible policies.
