The biltong itself is outstanding; however, the customer service significantly lowered the overall experience. The lady serving appeared unhappy, spoke in a quiet, unenthusiastic tone, and seemed impatient and unwilling to assist or sell.
Very poor service ,poor stock ,unfriendly .on her phone while I'm talking to her .I asked for plain DRY lean .zero salt ,zero seasoning -no flavour .very disappointed

So good! The garlic butter biltong is to die for! Everything I’m here I stop for it and when you come to the Redcliffe Sunday markets when I’m a local I get a heap of it! Definitely need to open a store North Brisbane! I wanna be a regular
Best in SEQ. Its hard not to bankrupt myself every visit. Spicy Chakala and the Tropical Cyclone are must trys.
