Jeff could have responded to my husband's texts an Emails, Paperwork we sent Jeff was supposedly not sent, but we showed proof. Communication was the major thing, an having to resend the same documents to Kim B that were just sent to Jeff who said he never got them. then we had to send it all again when Kim W.
