Went into Jay cloud this morning looking for a tire and a valve. The employee showed me where they were. I went back down get them rung up. The tire was $88 on the price tag, they rang it up for $93. I mentioned the $5 difference and the guy was less than friendly saying they haven’t gotten around to updating prices. It’s one thing to have mis-marked products, it’s another to make the customer feel crappy for bringing it up when it’s clearly a shop problem. Nice shop, get those prices updated folks.
I Love this bike shop. Amazing service department. And the best ski/board tuning.
Could not be happier with this store's experience, Staff is very informative and enjoys sharing knowledge. Very pleased with my purchase and will definitely be back for more. I could not recommend this place enough. 5 stars is not enough.
