Not sure how this place gets these great reviews. Maybe I just popped in on bad day, and maybe living in Colorado has spoiled me, but customer service is slack here. I asked about a product and was pointed to a screen menu while the young lady continued to just plug away at her phone, never once making eye contact. No personable conversation, no inquiries if I've tried any of these brands or products before, zero sales tactic altogether.
