Incredibly disappointed. Bought a pair of snow pants for my sibling and was never informed that they were a final sale item. The sign in their shop clearly states which items are final sale items and nowhere does it say snow pants are not eligible for a return. They are unworn with original tags and the employee working, Lauren Araya, refused to accept the return. I came into the shop at 10 AM on a Saturday with a new set of bindings for my snowboard and Piru and his team were incredibly friendly, awesome, and helpful in getting me set up! I was in and out of the Jane Shop in less than 30 minutes with a brand new setup that helped me shred the day away. Thank you so much - I will definitely be back! :)
Pete From Argentina Should not work in service the most rude person I’ve come to contact with. I tried buying a single screw for my binding this morning. He told me the only way he would sell me a screws. If I went got my board and brought my board inside so I continue to do that. I informed him that I’m confused on why I need the binding. He gave me a lot of attitude and told me if I want the screw. I need to shut my mouth and made a hand signal putting a zipper with his lip shot.
