The physical therapist at the Jackson Clinic in Aldie are all wonderful. In particular Allison and Olga did a great job of pushing me in my recovery. Rachel, Xavier, Mehrdad, Meena, and Collin also played a significant role in my recovery. They provided lots of exercises that I will continue to do at home, as well as providing me handouts of the exercises. All of them created a family like atmosphere which made me look forward to each therapy session. I will pop in to say hello and check on them as friends now.
I can’t recommend Jackson Clinics enough. I came in dealing with knee pain, and the progress I’ve made under their care has been incredible. They don't just treat the symptoms; they take the time to explain the 'why' behind every exercise. If you want a team that is knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely invested in your recovery, this is the place to go.
After cervical spine surgery last August (and 15 weeks of PT elsewhere), I was still in pain, barely sleeping, and honestly afraid to move or make things worse.
