The DPT was very nice and thorough with the intake. The treatment plan was reasonably well explained. The second session is even more productive. I’m getting more confident that the decision to get PT is the right choice. The facility is a little more crammed than other PT facilities I have seen, but fine if it’s not too busy. Exercise sessions are getting more serious in a good way. The staff is very responsive to feedback and strives to be excellent in what they do, which is much appreciated.
Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. From the front door back. They are all very patient and willing to work with you based on your needs.
Top notch treatment - amazing results for my neck pain with dry needling (thanks Stephanie) and PT (thanks McKenzie and Sam). Almost pain free now thanks to their help! Jackson Clinic in Leesburg is the best!!!
