We were referred to Neighborhood Loans / Iverson Group through REI Nation when we were purchasing an investment property out of state. Truth be told, we had never heard of Neighborhood Loans before and we've always used Chase for multiple loans. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! We had a truly terrible loan experience with our bank that led us to the Iverson Group. Greg and his team were sympathetic to our situation and were able to act quickly in order to get us to the finish line of the closing process. They communicated every step of the process upfront and throughout. Buying a new home is so incredibly stressful and this was the absolute easiest part of it for us.
