Such a relaxing and peaceful experience. The salt room was clean, calming, and exactly what I needed to unwind. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt soothing, and the staff made me feel comfortable and welcome. I left feeling refreshed and more relaxed than when I arrived. Definitely a great spot to reset and recharge, and I’ll be back.
The facilities are very nice but I didn’t appreciate the staff. You can tell they don’t care if you’re not a member or potential for repeat business. I had a gift card I was using and don’t live in charlotte anymore but even if I did I don’t think I would come back simply because of the attitudes. Other guests were offered drinks while I was there - nothing was offered to me. The biggest disappointment and turn off for me was that I could hear the staff talking about me while I was in one of the rooms.
THE BEST wellness center in all of Charlotte. LISA is my favorite, she is so professional and effective at what she does. Recommend this spot to everyone I talk to!
This is one of my favorite places in Charlotte! First, Lisa is my favorite nurse! But all of the nurses there are amazing! Lisa it’s so kind, friendly, and knowledgeable! Unfortunately, we can no longer recommend this place. For my grandmother, she had a great experience for her NAD IV Drip. However, for my two aunts they had a terrible experience. 5/5 for my grandmother and 1/5 stars for my aunts. Hence, a 2/5 star overall review. I called them on 11/07 to informed them of the symptoms my aunts are experiencing and see what can be done to decrease or eliminate them. I spoke with Diane.
